Some Waverly James pieces incorporate natural materials, including freshwater pearls. Natural variations in color, shape, size, texture, and luster are expected and are part of the individual character of these materials.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time and to limit quantities available for purchase.

Jewelry Care and Natural Wear

Our plated jewelry is designed to be enjoyed and worn, but plated finishes naturally change over time.

The longevity of a jewelry finish can vary based on frequency of wear, care, individual skin chemistry, exposure to moisture, perspiration, beauty products, cleaning agents, alcohol-containing products, and other environmental factors.

Normal changes to a plated finish resulting from wear are not considered manufacturing defects.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product-description errors, promotions, or other inaccuracies.

In the unlikely event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing or inventory errors, or appear to have been placed for unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original form of payment.
